How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Decorly account and associated personal data, email support@decorly.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

What to include

Include the email address connected to your account and any details that help us verify your identity. We may ask for additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Processing timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations require retaining limited data, we will keep only what is necessary for those purposes.

Deleted vs retained data

Once processed, account profile data and uploaded content associated with your account are deleted from active systems. Backup copies are removed on a rolling schedule. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.
